Hand-cut Mesquite Grilled Steaks

On-site steak catering is our specialty. We hand-cut our steaks to your specs and grill 'em on site to ensure the same taste you have grown to love at Johnny's. All of our steaks are cut from USDA Choice Beef and grilled over a live Mesquite Fire. Choose from the following cuts:   Ribeye, Sirloin, T-Bone, Choice of Potato, Vegetable or Salad, Dinner Rolls, Iced Tea.

Johnny's Texas Pit BBQ is where it all started. We serve it buffet style to ensure everyone get's their fill.
